Woodland Terraces: Redefining luxury living in Meydan
A new standard in elegance, comfort, and modern living
For this project, we were invited by architects Orange Design Group to collaborate with our client, Amis Development, on a landmark residential development in Meydan, District 11. Comprising 70 apartments, Woodland Terraces also features a range of premium public spaces, including a welcoming lobby, a rooftop swimming pool, an open-air cinema with a BBQ and lounge area, a paddle court, a café, and a rooftop gym boasting breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai.
Our goal is to create more than just a home – we are crafting a lifestyle. These residences go beyond meeting everyday needs, seamlessly blending warmth, functionality, and elegance to elevate modern living.
Concept: charcoal & Contrasting Elements
This design concept exudes a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, balancing boldness with refinement. The rich charcoal tones, paired with contrasting elements, create a dynamic interplay between light and dark, smooth and textured, offering a sense of depth and sophistication.
