Exquisite interior design for Amis Development in Dubai

We’ve recently taken on a 70-apartment project in collaboration with Amis Development near Downtown Dubai. To bring these units to life, we embraced warm, natural tones—combining bleached wooden floors with marble surfaces, floor-to-ceiling cabinets, natural stone accents, and painted plaster for a refined yet inviting aesthetic. We love creating spaces that feel luxurious. Our process typically begins with a briefing, with a breakdown of our client’s desires moving ahead.

For this project, the vision was to design for the client of tomorrow—a lifestyle that seamlessly blends warmth to enrich daily living. With Dubai constantly evolving, the challenge lay in creating a design that remains timeless while complementing the city’s ever-changing landscape. The evolving relationship between people and luxury served as the foundation for the interior design. While maximising sellable space was a priority for the developers, creating a sense of openness and spaciousness has become just as essential in modern living.

The design itself has a sleek, modern aesthetic, striking a balance between boldness and refinement. Deep, rich tones set the foundation, while contrasting elements create a dynamic interplay of light and dark, smooth and textured surfaces. The floor plan revisions were extensive, showcasing the collaborative effort and expertise of a diverse team of professionals.

Luxury interior design for Hilton in Qatar

We traveled to Qatar for a beach lounge project with Hilton—an intimate yet impactful outdoor beachside concept inspired by the relaxed charm of el chiringuito. As the first of its kind in Qatar, the project called for an on-site visit to explore the surroundings and craft a design that feels both fresh and authentic. The team is currently wrapping up the project, and it’s set to open soon. What made this project particularly fascinating was the island’s limited number of hotspots. To put it into perspective—there’s just one ladies’ night, and it’s fully packed, a stark contrast to Dubai’s countless options. Given this demand, success seems almost inevitable. Our research into the potential clientele provided valuable insights, shaping the concept from the ground up. At the core of our work is designing for people, and we look forward to seeing this space come to life.

Interior design elements we never ignore as an interior design company

Every project begins with a client brief, but our priority is always selecting materials and colour palettes that remain timeless. Collaborating with the FF&E team, we source materials from our extensive library—a creative space where ideas take shape. We work with a variety of finishes, from matte to gloss, using contrasting textures to add depth to every room. The process starts with foundational colours, layering in soft, textured paint for the walls, light-patterned wallpaper, and warm engineered wood flooring. To enhance the inviting atmosphere, we incorporate plush fabrics for upholstery and cushions, ensuring both comfort and elegance.
