The design vision for the new office was built around the idea of a “timeless compass”, a guiding theme that reflects direction, clarity, and long‑term growth. Elementa translated this concept into a space defined by high‑end finishes, a light and airy material palette, and subtle touches of green that echo the signature haus & haus brand identity. From the exterior, the Peninsula retail units carry an industrial architectural character, and against this backdrop, the bold and clean haus & haus branding stands out, giving the office a distinguished and instantly recognizable presence.
A Functional and Welcoming Interior
Inside, the layout is crafted to support both productivity and hospitality. The interior includes a welcoming waiting area, a sleek reception desk, an open office workspace with a built‑in TV console, a well‑equipped pantry, a private phone booth with integrated soft seating, and a dedicated meeting room. The atmosphere is intentionally subtle and refined, with concrete‑effect flooring that transitions smoothly into carpeted zones to create visual warmth and acoustic comfort. Integrated greenery softens the environment, while custom built‑in storage with niche details adds both functionality and aesthetic depth.
