This full-scope transformation of Townhouse, located in the exclusive Peninsula development by Select Group, was more than just a renovation. It was about crafting a deeply personal sanctuary – a space to relax, recharge, and feel entirely at ease in her natural environment.
With the bathrooms already finished to a premium standard by the developer, our primary focus became furniture, flow, and finesse. A subtle update to the kitchen brought cohesion to the overall palette, blending bronze cabinetry and a refreshed countertop with the home’s elevated tone.
We worked closely with Amos from Across Design, a long-time partner whose craftsmanship and attention to detail ensured everything was delivered on time, on budget, and without compromise. From our very first consultation, the goal was clear: create something exceptional.
The design journey began with an in-depth intake session to understand our client’s vision. Smart technology was non-negotiable — Alexa integration, motorised curtains, and a sleek kitchen designed around the views. She dreamed of a bright, airy home with standout hosting potential: a deep, cosy sofa, a statement dining table, and a layout that balances everyday ease with high-end comfort.
We translated that brief into a design language of soft sophistication: light materials, luxurious textures, and just the right touch of glamour. The entrance sets the tone with a statement wall, integrated storage, and a sculptural mirror. Even the staircase becomes a feature — textured paint and brushed metal grooves add rhythm and visual intrigue.
The heart of the home is the living space — anchored by a large lounge sofa and a custom-built TV unit with a fireplace and adjustable lighting moods. Travertine cladding and bronze detailing enrich the palette, while concealed side panels offer clever storage without disrupting flow.
The adjacent dining area features an oval table for six, framed by a crescent console and mirror that visually expands the space. Everything is connected, both stylistically and spatially, to the subtly enhanced kitchen — where rounded bronze-toned cabinetry softens the design and invites conversation.
Upstairs, the walk-in closet channels the ambience of a boutique dressing room. Soft leather-clad cabinetry and a glass display showcase the client’s handbag and shoe collection with pride. In the master bedroom, a bespoke headboard wall with integrated lighting, leather-panelled storage, and a built-in workstation by the window offer both beauty and function.
This was a home built not just for aesthetics, but for lifestyle. Every element has a reason. Every detail reflects the client’s story.
